It sure of the reason for it. I received my products and one is completely dried out. A piece of hard plastic. It is the elastiderm. I reached out to the company and have not received a shipping date on another one. I am out and would like a t shipped immediately.

I ordered my product on 5/11. Normally I get my orders on pretty quick turn around but have yet to receive my order .

Insurance

I wouldn't have bought insurance. I only purchased it because I didn't see it was an add on. You should have it default to an open blank rather than have it default to the cost. I have never had a problem with receiving my orders so I would not be interested in the insurance.
